1. About NestGo
NestGo is an online platform that connects accommodation seekers with landlords, property owners, agents, property managers, and accommodation providers throughout Australia.
NestGo acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not own, manage, inspect, verify, lease, rent, or guarantee any property listed on the website unless expressly stated.
2. Eligibility
By using NestGo, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You will comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- All activities conducted through their account.
- Providing accurate and current information.
- Updating account information when necessary.
NestGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
4. Property Listings
Property owners, landlords, agents, and accommodation providers agree that:
- All listings must be truthful and accurate.
- Listings must not contain misleading information.
- Users must have the authority to advertise the property.
- Photos and descriptions must accurately represent the accommodation.
NestGo may remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, inappropriate, or violate these Terms without notice.
5. Accommodation Seekers
Accommodation seekers are responsible for:
- Verifying the legitimacy of any property listing.
- Conducting inspections where possible.
- Reviewing rental agreements carefully.
- Confirming the identity of landlords, agents, or property providers.
- Making independent decisions regarding accommodation suitability.
NestGo does not guarantee the availability, quality, condition, safety, or legality of any property listed on the platform.
6. Payments and Deposits
NestGo does not collect, process, hold, manage, or guarantee:
- Rental payments
- Security deposits
- Bonds
- Accommodation fees
- Booking fees
All financial transactions occur directly between users and accommodation providers.
Users are strongly advised not to send money until they have verified the legitimacy of the accommodation provider and property.
7. Fraud, Scams and User Verification
NestGo takes reasonable steps to maintain platform integrity but cannot guarantee the identity, honesty, conduct, or legitimacy of any user.
NestGo is not responsible for:
- Fraudulent listings
- Scams or deceptive conduct
- Identity theft
- Misrepresentation by users
- Financial losses arising from transactions between users
- Property disputes between accommodation seekers and providers
Users acknowledge that all communications, agreements, inspections, and transactions are conducted at their own risk.
If you suspect fraudulent activity, you must report it to NestGo immediately.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Publish false or misleading information.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Use the platform for illegal purposes.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Collect personal information from other users without consent.
NestGo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users who engage in prohibited activities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the NestGo platform, including logos, branding, text, graphics, software, and website design, remains the property of NestGo unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use NestGo content without written permission.
10. Privacy

Users are responsible for ensuring any information they provide is accurate and lawful.
11. Limitation of Liability
